About this project

This development comprises three residential buildings and a restaurant, located in Nacka, a suburb of Stockholm. All four structures were clad in brick to create a unified appearance within the wider development. The project was the first at ZTC to feature automated insulation installation. CLT was used for the construction of the lift shafts, whilst interior boarding was completed with Fermacell panels. Assembly was carried out directly from vehicles, without the use of additional scaffolding. Given the site's proximity to saltwater, anti-corrosion solutions were applied to all structural connections and fixings to ensure long-term durability.
