- U-value from 0.12 W/m²K — cellulose or wood fibre insulation as standard
- Factory-fitted windows available — panels delivered ready to assemble on site
CLT Structural Systems
- Mass timber structures up to 8 storeys
- 3, 5 or 7 layer configurations — max panel size 13,800 × 3,100 × 400mm
- Fire resistance up to EI 120 — acoustic performance Rw up to 65 dB

Send us your drawings or concept. We assess structural feasibility and provide a preliminary budget range within 10 business days. No cost, no obligation.
Fixed-Price Proposal
Fixed pricing for the entire scope — from production to assembly. Prices are locked upon signing with no escalation clauses and no hidden costs.
Engineering & Production
Production drawings are prepared and your project enters CNC manufacturing. You receive progress updates throughout the production run.
Logistics & Delivery
Panels are loaded in assembly sequence and delivered on schedule. Latvia to most EU destinations in 2–5 days.
On-Site Assembly
ZTC crew assembles the structural shell on site. Weather-tight closure follows immediately — interior works can start weeks earlier than with traditional construction.
Handover & Documentation
As-built drawings, CE certification, warranty certificate and airtightness test results. Full documentation package ready for building inspection.
